Best Game For a While

I took the kids bowling today and my wife Jodie came along for the first time. She’s good luck, because I bowled 213 and 245! I was on fire.

Watery Games

Just downloaded and ended up buying Water Bugs from www.retro64.com. The game is fun as. A little easy though, I manages to beat it (all 599 levels) in two hours, it didn’t really get any harder. The latest game I’m playing is RocketBowl by Large Animal. It was one of the 2004 IGF finalists, and it quite fun - give it a go. The concept is really cool and the physics a pretty good. I particularly like the special feature, i.e. rockets, etc. Check it out at www.garagegames.com

Bowling Again

I joined a league - the Sundowners, I’ve now bowled two weeks. The first week I couldn’t bowl for shit. 137, 117 (oh my God) and 190 (the last game was okay). At my second week I ended up with a 148 average and 52 handicap. Last week I bowled 179, 189 and 236! Wow - started the game with 6 strikes. I think my average will change a bit next week, we’ll see how I go for the next few weeks - after four I get my official average.

Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka, …

Saw willy wonka today. It’s so cool and Depp is as sick as. I think this was a very cool variation on the original movie. Apparently the granddaughter of original author - Roald Dahl - was an advisor on it to make sure they got it right! Anyway, I though it was thoroughly dark and entertaining! Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka, was a famous chotolateer!!!
