Mac Mini

I was extremely excited when the Mac Mini came out! I checked it out - so cute - but so underpowed. I was going to jump and buy one until I checked the specs. Only 256Mb ram, 40 Gb HD, no wireless or bluetooth or TV card. The single memory card's a bit of a pain too, given how much they charge for bumping it up. I think the idea behind this machine was Apple's attempt to complete with MS and other TV set-top boxed. With the current specs though it's going to cost a lot to get everything you need. I priced it to upgrade just to what I think would be satisfactory for development in Java and it was going to cost me around $2000 AUD. Might need to sit in this one for now...
